Ultimate productivity killer – too much in parallel

Too many things happening in parallel are your ultimate productivity killer.

The “positive vibe” you think you feel in a product development organization, when lots of stuff is going on in parallel, doesn’t mean you are boosting your output.

‼️ In fact, the opposite is true.

𝗧𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀:
– habit of starting topics rather than finishing them,
– huge loss of time and effort due to multi-tasking,
– low quality due to a steady high workload,
– piling up projects and work invested,
– projects becoming outdated,
– and a clogged system.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼:
🐌 slow product development,
⏳ long time-to-market,
↘️ and a low level of output.
